    Monday, September 28, 2026
    All Claim Forms must be submitted online by September 28, 2026, or postmarked no later than September 28, 2026.

  • Objection Deadline

    Tuesday, October 6, 2026
    You must file your written objection with the Court no later than October 6, 2026, and mail your written objection to the Settlement Administrator, Settlement Class Counsel, and Defendant's Counsel postmarked no later than October 6, 2026.

  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Tuesday, October 6, 2026
    You must mail your written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator so that it is postmarked no later than October 6, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Thursday, November 5, 2026
    The Court is scheduled to hold a Final Approval Hearing on November 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CT, via Zoom. Please check this Settlement Website for updates.
